However, if there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damage or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heartilyscrubs.com with:

-Your order number   
- A clear photo of the issue  

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.

Conditions

-Items must be unused and in original packaging 

-Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted
